Here is a 2 and a half minute video of the before and after conditions of a bathroom paint job. The house was being prepared to go on the market. I was glad to have my 3M sandpaper, Wooster paint tray, rollers, and brushes. And as usual, the staff and Clark + Kensington paint from our local Ace Hardware proved reliable. This bathroom had been painted more than once, so drips of paint and painted-over grout and baseboard edges were cleaned up and detailed. The entry door was also painted and turned out looking like new.
